For the past 20 years as a Physical Therapist, I have helped people recover from traumatic injuries like a Brain Injury, chronic pain or women’s health issues.
As much as I have loved doing rehab work, I am even more passionate about educating on prevention and being FIT no matter your age or ability.
I offer health coaching programs that are a blend all of my BEST rehab, self-care, and mind body fitness tools and techniques from my years as a therapist and Pilates studio owner.
