Ender’s interest in sports and fitness comes from his athletic background in baseball, soccer and basketball while growing up in Maracaibo, Venezuela. In the early 90's, he was exposed to Yoga and Martial Arts, specifically Tai Chi, which opened his eyes to the mind-body connection.

Ender's flexibility training programs integrate well with all strength and conditioning programs. He designs customized core strengthening programs that fit the individual athlete. His sport specific strengthening and stretching programs enhance performance, prevent injury and bring your body back into balance.

Adventure Training Background:

Ender has also studied Tourism at Antonio Jose de Sucre University in Maracaibo, Venezuela. He has been a tour guide in Venezuela, particularly the southern Amazon and Andian regions, since 1999. As a tour guide, he has had the opportunity to guide Venezuelans and tourists through nature and adventure activities such as hiking, climbing, biking and rafting. He is fluent in Spanish, English and the Portuguese languages.

Ender took up the sport of Stand Up Paddling in 2009 and immediately realized he had found the mode of transportation that he wanted to use to explore the rivers and coastline of Venezuela to raise awareness of the water crisis and protecting the environment. He completed the first leg of his Paddle Quest to Angel Falls in June of 2013 where he and Jon Turk, author and kayak adventurer, paddled unassisted 15-20 miles a day over 21 days. Ender prepared his body and mind using the tools and techniques that he teaches his clients and remained injury free.

Ender's eclectic background, dynamic personality, love of sports and adventure help him to create fun, purposeful performance training programs that help you reach your greatest potential and address all areas of the mind, body and spirit. You can work privately with Ender in person or anywhere in the world with his virtual fitness training. You can also schedule a live group training workshop for your team. Mollie's Story

Mollie Miller is a Physical Therapist, Certified Pilates Instructor and Fascial Stretch Therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience. Mollie is an expert in movement and fascial dysfunction, balance disorders and brain health. She is specialized in women’s health, chronic pain and brain injury recovery but has a passion for prevention and wellness.

Mind Body Fitness Background:

Mollie was introduced to mind body movement and healing techniques while rehabilitating herself from a back injury in 1998. She started a Pilates rehab program after trying unsuccessfully to heal her injury after a year of traditional treatments in Physical Therapy and Western Medicine. Mollie’s back injury led her to look for ways to prevent injury/disease and understand the body, mind, spirit connection.

Mollie’s interest in wellness was also inspired by her mother’s diagnosis and 13 year battle with breast cancer. Mollie has spent over 15 years studying traditional and alternative approaches to physical and mental wellbeing. Her health coaching programs are holistic and functional in nature addressing not only physical but emotional health as well. Mollie specializes in natural approaches to brain and gut health. Many of her clients come to learn that healthy brain living results in outcomes such as increased energy, improved ability to focus, reduced stress, improved cognitive functioning, and better overall health. Her programs emphasize stress, energy and recovery management strategies to enhance performance, prevent or heal injury, and build a strong foundation that integrate well with any type of fitness lifestyle for people of any age or ability.

Mollie shares her knowledge with others through her blog, online education programs, seminars, and private coaching. She continues to consult with a brain injury rehabilitation company that serves South Central Texas and helps clients reach their highest level of independence in their home and community. She works with private clients worldwide via Skype or phone consultations.

Professional Bio:

Mollie is a graduate from the Master’s Physical Therapy program at Texas Woman’s University in Houston, Texas and has a BA in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin. Mollie found Pilates to be so beneficial and healing in her own life that she pursued her own certification in 2000 with Elizabeth Jones Boswell, M.Ed. in Houston, Texas and with ProHealth in 2004. As she continued to dig deeper into mind body therapies, she studied Fascial Stretch TherapyTM with the Stretch to Win Institute in Tempe, AZ. and obtained her Level II certification.
