We believe the sport of Stand Up Paddle (SUP) is the most complete, full body workout to challenge the body, mind and spirit! It is mind body fitness on water.


SUP is excellent for cross training with any other sport. Benefits include improved:

We offer the following SUP Fitness programs:

  • SUP Core Training: An intense private or semi-private Stand Up Paddle 60 minute workout on water combined with core circuit training on land.
  • SUP River Tours: a 2-3 hour Stand Up Paddle river tour for those ready to push their endurance training to the next level. Guided tours available with Ender, our SUP Instructor and Adventurer, on Lady Bird Lake and the Bastrop River for groups of 2- 4. Be aware that he may throw in a core workout here and there!
  • Fitness Vacations: coming soon- we can’t wait to share our love of travel, nature and the sport of SUP with you. We believe nothing is more healing than the restorative powers of moving in nature especially in exotic locations.
