We customize your program for where you are now and where you want to go based on your mission (i.e. goals).
At the core of what we teach is movement, mindfulness, nutrition and energy management which are applicable to all no matter your age or ability.
If you happen to be a Weekend Warrior or Travel Warrior, we have lots of tools and tricks to get you moving more each day. How do you know if you are one of these?
A weekend warrior is someone who sits more than 6 hours a day at a computer then tries to run a half marathon on the weekend. They could also be considered a “professional sitter.”
A travel warrior is someone who is out of town more days each month than they are at home, sits most of the time, and typically has a lot of aches and pains. Basically, a “professional traveller.”If you’re thinking oh yea that’s totally me, no worries, we have some ideas just for you so make sure you check out our virtual training and health coaching programs. Although everyone is unique with their own individual needs and activity levels, it is common for those with injury or chronic condition to require 6-8 sessions before they are able to advance to a maintenance type program. For best results, initially plan on having 2 sessions per week for 2 weeks and then progress from that point depending on your activity and conditioning level.
Athletes should consider this treatment restorative and preventative to avoid injury and incorporate a maintenance type program into their current conditioning and training programs typically on rest or light workout days.
In order to maximize your results, you will be given specific stretches for your body that you can work on between sessions to help maintain the benefits of each session. You will also learn about trigger point self-massage tools for daily self-care of your tight spots and how a stabilization training program can increase strength/stability around joints to fully re-align your fascia and muscles.
Loose, comfortable exercise clothing such as shorts and a t-shirt will work best for your session. The treatment is typically done on a massage table but you are fully clothed. Treatments sometimes occur on the floor or exercise mat when working with athletes during their training sessions in the gym or on the field.
Although everyone is unique with their own individual needs and activity levels, we typically encourage you to commit to 2 times per week for 6 weeks to get the best results. We offer packages for this intensity of training.
We sure do! Ender is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English. He will train and teach you in the language you prefer.

24 hour advanced notice is required to CANCEL or RESCHEDULE all local and virtual Performance Training programs with Ender (Flexibility, Strength & Power, Virtual Fitness, and SUP Fitness Training as well as SUP River Tours). If 24 hour advanced notice is not given, the session missed will be deducted from your account.
30 days advanced notice is required to reschedule Performance Training Travel Packages in order to avoid a cancellation fee. Please refer to the cancellation policy on your receipt for fees associated with rescheduling a travel package if less than a 30 day notice is given.
All of our local or virtual Performance and SUP Fitness Training sessions or packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Each session or package has a specific expiration date. Please refer to your receipt for the expiration date or contact us and we will assist you with finding it.
Performance Training Travel Packages are available for refund minus a cancellation fee. Please refer to the refund policy on your receipt for fees associated with a travel package.
Please refer to the individual refund policy for each online Health and Business Coaching Program you purchase.
